advanced pattern recognition and verification technology.

How Bulk Email Finder Works

The Finding Process

1. Upload Contact List: Provide a file with names and company domains
2. Pattern Generation: Our system creates up to 25 email pattern combinations for each contact
3. Real-time Verification: Each generated pattern is verified against company mail servers
4. Results Delivery: Valid email addresses are identified and categorized

Credit Usage

• You pay both for verified and unverified email addresses
• Each found email address consumes 10 credits

Uploading files

Step 1: Upload Your File

Supported File Formats:

• Comma Separated Value files (.csv)
• Microsoft® Excel® files (.xls, .xlsx)
• Text files (.txt)

File Requirements:

• Must include at least one name field (first name & last name or full name)
• Must include domain column
• Maximum file size: 5MB
• Up to 500 records per file

Step 2: Map Your Columns

After uploading your file, our column mapping interface will appear:

Left Panel: Displays your file's column headers
Right Panel: Dropdown menus to map your columns to our required fields

Required Field Mappings:

• Domain (mandatory): Company domain for email generation
• Name Fields (at least one required):
  • First Name + Last Name
  • First Name
  • Full Name

Step 3: Start Processing

Click "Start Processing" to proceed to the confirmation screen.

Confirmation Popup Shows:

• Total number of records in your file
• Available processing options

Processing Options:

Find 

• Begin immediate processing of your contact list
• Ideal for when you need results quickly

Schedule

• Schedule your bulk find operation for a later date and time
• Perfect for large lists or off-peak processing
• Select your preferred processing date and time
• Receive email notification when processing begins

Downloading Results

When your file status changes to "Completed", click the cloud download button to retrieve your results in a comprehensive ZIP file containing:

Complete Results Package:

• ev_all_results.csv - All search attempts with full details
• ev_valid_results.csv - Successfully found and verified email addresses
• ev_invalid_results.csv - Generated patterns that were invalid
• ev_catch_all_results.csv - Domains configured as catch-all
• ev_do_not_mail_results.csv - High-risk or blocked addresses
• ev_role_based_results.csv - Function-based email addresses
• ev_skipped_results.csv - Opt-out or Blocked entries
• ev_unknown_results.csv - Patterns that couldn't be verified

Important Note: Email Finder searches are performed in real-time using our proprietary technology. We do not utilize stored or processed customer data from previous searches. Your contact data and search results remain confidential and secure.
